SOS--- Doves Eyes?

I was always under the impression that the expression “dove’s eyes” was referring to an aspect of cosmetic beauty: something winsome and attractive. I don’t think that is what it is referring to, especially in SoS. I think that it especially refers to eyes that have keen perception of the small providences of God. Eyes that can observe and perceive the smallest movements of insects or leaves. We do everything in our power to teach this element out of children. Especially in this Tech savvy environment. GWCarver was thought astute and calculating and the knowledge of the slaves of the land that they were tilling and caring for was taken for granted until the bollweavil incident. There was something endearing to Solomon that there were things that they took for granted in their culture that were God-bred that Sheva noticed and questioned. Like a dove you go the heart of the matter, he was saying. The darkness of God’s shoe in skin and in representing the humility of God upon the earth breeds a special knowledge. This knowledge and humility needs to be included in the education process somehow and not despised. We have even these things richly to enjoy. Let the poor say I am rich?
Paul seemed to envision a church environment where the educated and the uneducated could enjoy fellowshipping with one another and learning the blessings of faith and life.
We make things so mystical which are really not as mystical as that. The blessing of participating in the needs and convictions of the position of our brethren by faith is what God instituted in the formation of the Church in Christ. Breaking down the walls of partition that Babyl built.

SOS. 2

God, the Lover of His Church, through Christ gives identity and esteem to the Church. She can sing boldly I am His and He is mine. He challenges her to go beyond her comfort zone in love for Him. But, He does not undermine her esteem in order to do so. He challenges her to be all in love that she can be and He allows her to be all in love that she can be. The Church, responds in love and growth and purpose, an active purpose that for the glory of God the earth will be filled with the knowledge of God.
He finds challenges and purpose for them to pursue together and apart. She is both an individual, with unique purpose apart from her Lord and she is part of a couple led, sheltered and provided for, by His unfailing love and grace.

Solomon 6:13 You Should Be...Dancin! Yea!

13.Come back, come back, O Shulammite; come back, come back, that we may gaze on you! Why would you gaze on the Shulammite as on the dance of Mahanaim
?

Here we go around the mulberry bush...It is neither early nor is this the day like other days. This is not the dance of the other days of the years. Today is the day for the
Turkey Dance.
The dance of the Mahanaim, the dances of the angels the dances of the mothers who love their family's on Thanksgiving. Dances of love that are choreographed for us throughout the times before. When you are in step with the mothers of the ages, you can feel it. I am loving my family and I am pursuing the image of God in the dance that He does in the sunrises and in his redemption of His people everyday. He pursues us daily in His love and He prepares meals and lovingmercies daily for our delights. I am grateful to enter into the image of that love, dancing around my kitchen to see their delighted faces, as they eat.
Why are you looking at the dance of the Mahanaim? The BeeGees said...You Should Be Dancing!

Blessed to have known Christ in the Pardon of your sins.

Blessed to live in a country where generations of people have studied and shown the revelation of the Lord through their meditations of Him being sweet. We are in danger of solidifying an orthodoxy that is not warmed by love. Love that is sweet to the Lord is faithful to include care and consideration of Him. Listening to the hymns. Thinking of his goodness, singing his praises. Tune my heart to sing thy praise. I can sing in the icy coldness of the discipline of that it is time to gather, or I can sing of the mercy of the Lord forever. God called David a man after His own heart. It was not enough that God had given them words to speak to him in "the prayers and the praises" the blessings of the Lord as spoken to Moses. David's heart gushed out his own words to express his Love of God. This was warm and alive love. It is dangerous to always allow others to write the words of our praise; if we haven't the words to speak to God in private.
Warm our icy traditions, O Lord. Enliven our worship and lift up a praise to Your name and Your person, that we may not miss the joyful life in love with You that You died to give us. Seeking You and Finding You where You are, present in the praises of Your people.

...Teach me some melodious sonnet, sung by flaming tongues above...

How God proves those who love Him. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~SOS1:8

.The Beloved If you do not know, O fairest among women, Follow in the footsteps of the flock, And feed your little goats Beside the shepherds' tents.

How far will you go to search out the truth of God? He shows the truth of who will love Him and follow Him by the deceptions that are rampant. He keeps us searching for the crumbs that are left by the table of the true ones. There is no way that we can keep up with the Beloved. His truth is so swift that we are running after always, to keep up with His truth.
Where are You? Where are You? Deceivers attempt to take us out of the path of Righteousness and we would be deceived because our hunger has been awakened to truth. God proves that we are His in that we are not satisfied by the deceivers. Wolves and Thieves come out and try to sell the Gospel without truth or truth minus love and we are not satiated, we are still searching for the truth of God delivered in the love and the freedom of the Spirit. That is what God is doing in the world. Showing the love that He has for us and the love that we have for Him. It is a spectacle to the earth and to the angels.

SOS-1:7

Tell me, O you whom I love, Where you feed your flock, Where you make it rest at noon. For why should I be as one who veils herself By the flocks of your companions?

God inspires the development of His love in the earth in relationship. God is in relationship with His creation, as Creator. The Holy Spirit hovered over the waters and was in relationship with the world there in creation as well as now. Christ is in relationship with His Church, as Bridegroom. She, the Church pursues His will. She searches out His direction and His feeding. God allows the deceptions to arise to show the difference between those who want to be among the true church of Christ and those who are happy to feed their faces with whatever and whereever.
God, show me in Your Word where and what is the true food and true fellowship that You have for Your people. I don't want to be in the fellowship of the deceivers. Christ in love proves the love of His Bride by allowing there to be false companions and true ones. God, where do You feed your flock that I may be among them.

I am Black!

I am not so Black that I would be decieved with some of the things that have caused us to stumble throughout the history of the world. God has allowed us to be covered with the darkness of His shoe in color and in recognition of God's purposes in the hidden things. God has raised us up through out the nations to see the healing in things that many with lighter circumstances have not seen. I see the beauty in God and I am Black. Don't look at me because I am Black. Don't listen to me because I am Black and Proud and saying it loud, as at earlier times, but because praise is comely for the upright. Whether you want to praise Him or wonder what would happen in your experiences if, like David you were willing to Praise the God of Glory with your mind and strength? Whichever, I am Black and going to praise Him!
My own vineyard is often unkept, either because I have little means to care for them or little time. For right now I am praising the King of Glory with those little means, Don't be judged by this, you with much means. Praise Him, too!
