God has given headship in the family to the Husband.

She is going to want to lead and direct the household. It is in your nature to want to be the boss, but God has an ordained order to the family. Praise God that His intention in the family is explicit and not still to be determined. It is not up for grabs who is the boss and who is the navigator. I praise God for the captain of this family ship and we celebrated him and his delightful presence with us on Fathers Day. Don't forget, these struggles of family decision making is growing in you a greater ability to know how to support the leadership in your household, if God blesses you to be married or to lead, if you are my son. God is good and he gives the practice sessions.
Thank you God for the captain of my family life and that I am not subject to the whims of the coffee clotch, in the discipline and direction of our family. We come from a long and esteemed tradition of godly leaders and families and follow where they have tread.
